What does it take to build a successful healthcare business? I’ve been a successful healthcare entrepreneur, spending 25 years in my chiropractic career and business. And so from experience, I want to share the 3 KEY THINGS you’ll need, to improve your healthcare practice management. This way, you can achieve the success you want, working less for more.

Statistically, the average chiropractor works about 44 contact hours per week, and takes only about a week and a half off per year. And while some define their chiropractic career success this way and love to put that much time in their healthcare business, it just doesn’t work for everybody.

Being both a healthcare entrepreneur and a dad to 5 daughters, I find it to be my personal success that I’m able to take 10-12 weeks of holidays a year, while working 25 hours per week, and still make a multiple-6 figure income. Like many people, you’re probably wondering how that’s possible.
