How can you run your team meetings more effectively? I’ve been leading team meetings for over 30 years, and what I’ve learned is that it’s an essential skill to develop, hone, and maintain. In today’s video, I’ll share some thoughts on how to hold effective team meetings in your business by setting a meeting agenda or using a meeting agenda template.

One of the most important aspects of running your business is being able to communicate with your team in a way that clearly outlines roles and objectives for each team member. It helps especially in ensuring smoother, faster and more efficient operations of the business itself.

As a leader, one way to make sure that you and your team are on the same page is to hold effective team meetings.

At Full Circle, we hold meetings every two weeks to develop new ideas and maintain progress on existing projects. One way we do this is through setting a meeting agenda, using this specific meeting agenda template that I share. Each team member contributes to it and once that’s done, as the meeting leader, you’ll have to familiarize yourself with the agenda items ahead of leading team meetings.
